Terms & Conditions

By booking and participating in the one-on-one Holistic Hair Care Coaching Program, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

We are not licensed trichologists, dermatologists or medical professionals. The guidance and coaching Mindfully Rooted provides are based on personal experiences of creating holistic hair care regimens, in support of hair health, length retention and complete elimination of toxic ingredients. All information shared through our Guidance and Coaching Services, website, social media or resources is for educational and motivational purposes only. It should not be interpreted as medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Every individual’s hair and health journey is unique. You are solely responsible for how you choose to apply the information and guidance provided. We cannot guarantee specific results as outcomes depend on personal consistency, lifestyle and individual factors outside of our control.

If you are experiencing scalp conditions, significant hair loss or any concerns that may require medical attention, we strongly encourage you to seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider or trichologist.

By engaging in our one-on-one Holistic Hair Care Coaching Program, you agree that Mindfully Rooted shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages that may arise from the use of information or recommendations provided.

Consultation Call
During your consultation call please be sure to be situated in a quiet room where you will not be disturbed.

Refunds
Payments are non-refundable except in the case of program cancellation by the coach.

Zoom Coaching Sessions - Scheduling & Cancellations
Should the client need to cancel or re-schedule coaching sessions, at least 24 hours notice is required which must be done via email. Missed sessions without notice will not be re-scheduled or refunded. The coach remains the right to re-schedule sessions in case of emergency with reasonable notice.

Confidentiality
All  information shared by the client during sessions will remain confidential and will not be disclosed without consent.

Limitation and Liability
The client understands and agrees that Mindfully Rooted is not liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages resulting from the application of coaching advice or resources. The client assumes full responsibility for their own choices and outcomes. By purchasing our one-on-one Holistic Hair Care Coaching Services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to the terms of this agreement as outlined above.

Coaching is a collaborative process. Your success depends on your willingness to participate fully, remain consistent with your regimen and keep open communication during your one-on-one coaching sessions.
